Within the United States proper, our principal shipping offerings are:
FedEx Ground Service: Federal Express Ground delivers all across the USA, with transit time varying depending on location -- all of our shipments originate in Seattle, Washington.
"Free Ground Shipping": If at checkout you are offered "Free Ground Shipping," this will be shipped by an economical method of our choice -- that will likely be FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Advantage, but depending on package size and weight, it's entirely possible that we'll ship by a faster method such as FedEx Second Day Air or Priority Mail. In the case of extremely large orders, we might ship via motor freight, though this is unusual.
FedEx Second Day Air: FedEx Second Day Air normally delivers in two business days from the date of shipping. This should be assumed to exclude Saturdays and Sundays, though in many cases FedEx will deliver on Saturdays -- so an order shipped Thursday should arrive Monday, or an order shipped Friday on Tuesday.
USPS Priority Mail: Priority Mail delivers six days a week and is typically a 1-3 day service.
FedEx Overnight (Please Call): We are not able to accurately calculate FedEx Overnight rates in our checkout process at this time, and these vary quite a bit -- Standard Overnight isn't available everywhere in the country, and Priority Overnight, the alternative, can be pricey. If you'd like FedEx Overnight service, the easiest way to proceed is to place the order and select FedEx Second Day Air, then give us a call at 206 284 2924 and ask us what it will cost to upgrade shipping.
We also offer Priority Mail to all locations outside of the US that are served directly by the US Postal Service (e.g., APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico). In some cases FedEx service may also be available to these destinations, but will ordinarily be charged international rates rather than domestic rates.

We ship the majority of orders within one business day of receipt, and virtually all within two business days. If we have a temporary inventory shortfall or otherwise expect not to meet this timetable, we ordinarily will contact you to advise you of the issue and determine how to proceed.
