This coaxial digital audio cable is made by Blue Jeans Cable in our shop in Seattle, Washington, using broadcast-quality SDI cable from Belden and three-piece crimp RCA plugs from Canare. The Canare plugs provide a unique leaf-spring grip on the RCA jack, for a secure but not overly-tight connection, and carry the dimensions of the cable as close to the termination point as possible for the very best impedance consistency and stability.
We at Blue Jeans Cable pride ourselves on consistent, high-quality, domestic manufacturing; we've assembled thousands upon thousands of cables like this for use in consumer and professional applications for over twenty years.
Because we manufacture in Seattle, we are able to make this cable in almost any configuration you can think of. This page offers this particular configuration (6 foot, Black, RCA/RCA) only, but we can make it in any of ten cable jacket colors, in any length from 2 feet on up, and with other connectors such as BNC or F, if needed. To see all these options, see our Digital Audio Cable department.
