Belden 5000UE and 5T00UP, both grey two-conductor cables, are our original speaker cable offerings -- identical to current versions of Ten White and Twelve White, but with grey jacket and Belden branding rather than BJC on the jacket. We've marked these cables down 10% from our standard pricing, both as bulk cable and as finished cable assemblies.

Ultrasonically-welded terminals:

All cables terminated with banana plugs, spade lugs or BFA connectors use our famous ultrasonic-welding process: instead of attaching these terminals with setscrews, solder, crimps or compression, we weld them to the speaker wire with a Sonobond ultrasonic welder (made in West Chester, Pennsylvania). Ultrasonic welding gives us the best possible quality of termination: low-resistance, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant, but without the heat (and consequent insulation melt-back and other problems) associated with more conventional forms of welding. We know of no other speaker cable vendor who uses it.
