These products are old favorites of ours: the "Brilliance" series of Belden SDI cables, terminated with Canare BNCs made to precisely the right dimensions to fit these specific cables, for the best impedance continuity from end to end. The first cable we ever worked with, when starting this business in 2002, was Belden 1694A, and it's still a great SDI cable, good to 6G or, with some length restrictions, 12G.
All of the SDI cables on this page are temporarily marked down 15 percent from our standard pricing. These include:
Belden 1694A: a low-loss SDI cable, RG-6 sized. 18 AWG solid copper center conductor, in HDPE dielectric, shielded with Duofoil and a high-coverage tinned copper braid.
Belden 1505F: this is the high-flex version of Belden 1505A, and is intended specifically for use in patch cords or in any application where that a cable that will drape rather than needing to be held down is needed. To soften the cable, Belden has gone to a compacted stranded center conductor and, instead of the conventional braid/foil combination shielding, two high-coverage copper braids, one directly over the other. With a softer modified PVC jacket, this cable is easy to coil, drape and generally route any way you please.
Belden 1855A: the "mini-59" version of 1694A, with the same materials and other characteristics but with a 23 AWG solid copper center conductor. Smaller, more flexible, and still good for runs up to 200 feet at 6G.
