Our store uses a shopping cart feature provided by PayPal; with PayPal, you can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, and your transaction is processed through a secure server. The shopping cart's checkout function will only support PayPal payments and not other methods; however, we do have some other payment options available, as follows:

Also, we can process orders on a major credit card directly, without using PayPal; we strongly prefer, whenever possible, to receive your order in writing to eliminate ambiguity and confusion, and so ask that, if possible, you send your credit card order by fax, using our order form and attaching a printout of your shopping cart contents. International Orders:
We now have a separate website at www.bluejeanscable.co.uk for customers outside of the U.S. and Canada (for this purpose, "U.S." includes anywhere the U.S. Postal Service delivers; for example, orders from Puerto Rico and Guam, or from APO/FPO addresses, are considered U.S. orders). At our international site, pricing is in Pounds Sterling and shipping for most orders is by International Priority Mail (6-10 business days average delivery time, and trackable). We strongly recommend that our customers outside the U.S. and Canada use that site.
Shipping to the U.S.A.:
Our standard shipping charge (see table below, and the note regarding the one exception to this policy) includes, for U.S. orders (or orders shipping to any USPS-served location), shipping by U.S. Priority Mail.

The one exception to these rates is in the case of long runs of speaker cable; continuous lengths which are too long to ship in a flat-rate Priority Mail box are subject to separate shipping charges (see our Speaker Cable department for details). In all cases, these shipping charges will appear in your shopping cart while shopping; there are no hidden charges.
Shipping to Canada:
Our Canadian customers have two shipping options which, at checkout, are labeled "Standard International" and "International Air Express." Standard International shipping is via the US Postal Service and Canada Post. It is relatively inexpensive but has some drawbacks: it ordinarily is nontrackable or only partially trackable, it can be slow (1-2 weeks when customs processing is not backlogged; as much as two weeks longer when customs is backlogged), and depending upon the value of the parcel, you may be charged GST, PST, Duty and/or a customs processing fee (typically $5) on receipt.
International Air Express is Federal Express International Priority service. This ordinarily will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days, and when using this service we ship with duty, GST and PST prepaid so that you will not owe any charge on receipt of your package. We strongly urge our Canadian customers to go this route--it is faster, simpler, and less potentially frustrating.

Shipping outside the US and Canada:
At this time, we are not able to set up our shipping rates on this site to deal properly with the cost of shipping goods around the world. We recommend that customers outside of the U.S. and Canada use our International Site to order, in which case most orders will ship by Federal Express International Priority Service (see our International Orders page for details). The shipping charges on our US site do not account for the cost of shipping outside the US and Canada, and so if you do place an order on our US site for international delivery, we may need to contact you with a shipping quote and obtain additional payment before shipping your order.
Order Turnaround/Processing time:
We ship the majority of orders within one business day of receipt, and virtually all within two business days. If we have a temporary inventory shortfall or otherwise expect not to meet this timetable, we ordinarily will contact you to advise you of the issue and determine how to proceed.
Return/Guarantee Policy:
We offer an absolute and unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products--including custom cuts. If you are less than completely happy for any reason--or for no particular reason--simply return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price.
